Services that Wokman can provide include:

• Recruitment. This can be both full or part service for positions ranging from executive and professional level to trades, administrative and operator roles. We utilise a unique BASP (behaviours, attributes/skills and ‘promotability’) process to target exact candidate selection parameters. Services range from complete process support from organizational review, job scoping and design, questionnaire development, interview conduct and management and reference checking, or, partnering with clients to provide select advisory and support only to assist in-house recruitment expertise.
  
  
• Contractors. Wokman Limited can provide experienced staff contracted to meet client requirements in areas as diverse as administration, trades and maintenance shutdown through to technical and professional staff. Clients include oil and gas, mining and engineering industries.
  
  
• Apprenticeship Management. A unique service offered by Wokman Limited includes the provision and management of apprentices. This enables you to train to your standard, apprentices who are administratively managed by Wokman. Apprentices who complete training and are not required by your company are managed by us, enabling you to obtain new apprentices and/or retain the expertise of recently trade qualified apprentices to meet your business needs.
  
  
• Business Introductions, Advisory and Management. Wokman Limited has considerable experience with peer businesses, government and Land Owner groups in both establishing and managing Joint Venture businesses in PNG. Our experiences may be of introductions, advisory and operational benefit to client organisations who are new to PNG or who may be considering a third party to manage any new business entity on their behalf.
  
  
• Workflow Process Mapping, Policies and Procedures. Wokman Limited can assist clients review and map work processes to gain a better understanding of actual requirements and skills required within their business. Documentation from this process can then be incorporated into suitable business policy, procedure and training manuals.
  
  
• Psychometric Testing. Wokman Limited has access to a range of psychometric tests and has expertise in their application for both recruitment and selection use and in development of key staff.
  
  
• Employment Agency. Wokman Limited retains the services of its own registered Employment Agent. We can provide full service and management of both Labour and Immigration processing requirements or alternatively part process support to clients that possess this capability in-house. • Payroll Bureau. Wokman presently provides payroll services to clients who do not wish to retain this expertise or cost in-house. We ensure that all PNG statutory requirements are in place and can also provide this service for expatriate contractors via our Australian office.
  
  
• Serviced Office. Wokman Limited offers key clients, serviced office facilities. These facilities will be co-located with our own operations and will provide travelling client representatives with a secure location offering administrative support, IT, and telephone access services.
